The RAM Mounts RAM-224-3U triple suction cup base uses three suction cups for attachment to smooth, nonporous surfaces.
It is suitable for surfaces such as glass or smooth plastic.
The C-size ball connects the base to a suitable RAM Mounts double socket arm.
